Home inspections in Louisville Ky and in Southern Indiana can vary greatly. Some home inspectors perform home inspections in less than an hour and charge less than $ 200.  Does anyone really believe that you can inspect a home in 45 minutes ?

You are in many cases making one of the largest purchases of your life.  

     I deal regulary with clients who had home inspectors come out and do home inspections as cheap as $ 120 ! The inspectors were there for 35-60 minutes and gave a report that was almost worthess. In the past few weeks, I have been called in after a house has been inspected (on 3 differnet occasions) due to problems not found by baragin inspectors. At one of the inspections the inspector did not get on the roof (it was a shallow pitch), did not enter or even look in the attic because 2 shelves were in the way and did not enter the crawl space (was fully accessible). During my inspection of this property I found 10 HVAC branch lines that were rusted through and dumping heat into the crawl big time ! My client was tickled pink because the seller took care of the problem, can you imagine finding out about this after you moved in ?Wow what a big problem to be dumped on you ! Recently I found a serious moisture problem, that had done approximatley $ 25,000 damage to a house. You talk about a money pit ! The seller had no choice but to fix the problem. You deserve results not a blind home inpection, the difference is huge.
